Life as a student comes with a whole lot of Free things and also discounted products and services that students require as part of their learning or in day to day life. On my first day at University, I got a copy of Kaspersky Internet Security for free.

Microsoft has come up with another sweet deal for students. For a limited time, Microsoft is offering eligible college students Windows 7 for only $29.99 way cheaper than what it’s going to cost other people ($119.99) on it’s release on October 22 . This offer is available until 3 January 2010.

Windows 7 promotion is being offered through a site called Win741.com.

Microsoft DreamSpark -  is also another special site from Microsoft that gives out free software to students who have a valid email address from colleges that qualify under the Microsoft Developers Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA).

The MSDN Academic Alliance program is available in more than 45 countries worldwide and it’s goals are:

1. To make it easier and less expensive for academic institutions to obtain Microsoft developer tools, platforms, and servers for instructional and research purposes.

2. To build a community of instructors who can share curriculum and other learning resources to support the use of these technologies.

What does it take to become a millionaire? Besides being born in a filth rich family, stealing or inheriting those millions. How does one really become a millionaire? Can you become a millionaire working 9-5, surely working for someone else will not make you rich? Looking at the list of the world’s richest, there is a mixture of man and women, the very young and not so young who have made it to the top. Not like the millionaire you find HERE. But how did they do it?

There are a lot of ways of making money. But becoming very rich requires a bit more than just earning money.

Vision is very important!

That’s how great people are made, they are visionaries. They are always sicking new ways to make better whatever they are involved in. Staying ahead of the pack.

Are you prepared to take risk? Successful people are risk takers. How much risk are you prepared to take? What are you prepared to give up, to achieve your goals?
To be successful one should be prepared to step out of the comfort zone, take those risks, try that idea you have in mind.

So why is it that we don’t become rich if we know what to do to get rich? You don’t need a lot of money to become rich, depending with how you intend to go about it. You start small and build on it, however you do need some sort of investment money in order to make more money.
There are other free and easy ways of making money, but I doubt if one would become a millionaire that way.

Fear of failure stops most people from trying. Who would want to fail? But failure is not bad as long as you learn something from it. That’s how we get experienced isn’t it?

It doesn’t matter how small, there is a start for everything. A journey of a thousand miles to becoming a millionaire starts as a small idea.
