Alli the miracle diet pill is said to flush 25 percent of fat from food. It works by absorbing the fat from food thereby preventing it from being turned into extra weight by the body. But those slimmers hoping for a quick-fix have been warned that Alli has side effects including diarrhoea.
The makers of Alli claim dieters shed 50 percent more fat than with healthy eating and exercise alone. However the slimming pills do not come cheap, a month’s supply will cost you $49.95
Tablets will be available to adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or over.
Personally I don’t see any reason to go for the ‘quick fix’. Exercise and healthy eating is more important to me that using tablets. Pills will provide a short term quick-fix, but will you be able to afford the financial demands of using tablets? When you can’t afford the tablets, the weight problems will come back to haunt you again.
And what about the diarrhoea? I can’t stand. Feel free to comment or add your views.

I think quick fix diet pills are for lazy people really. Only work in the short term….for a better healthy life, exercise and health eating work well in the long term.

@Anonymous….I think some people are a bit different as far as their genetics is concerned. Which means they may need medical help to lose weight.
But you are right, health eating and a bit of exercise are very important for a very healthy lifestyle.
But well, quick fix is not for me.
