I was never very much worried about my body size (108 kgs) until I realised that I probably had a bigger belly than my pregnant wife…no joke. From that time I started going to the gym and to say the truth, working out is not easy….it’s hard work. The battle to lose body fat, battle to lose calories….will the Gym fix it?
I’m sure the Gym will fix it plus diet plays a very important part in this battle. Changing the diet is the biggest problem, but one that I have to sort out if I’m to achieve my goals.
In a few weeks to come I will be a different person, and hopefully confident enough to show you my pictures…..but for now I will not share those pictures.
It’s back to the gym tomorrow for more cardio and weight training.
