My Weight Management Programme: Well, I didn’t expect this much change when I stepped on to the scale. The results after one month of working out at the Gym are encouraging…6 kilograms of weight lost in the first month.
My goal is to get what I call ‘the perfect summer body’. It’s not easy to lose weight, than to put it on. But with a bit of will power and hard work results can be achieved.
Sunny days are coming to London and soon it will be time to get rid of those big coats and I wouldn’t want to walk about with loose fatty bits. I saw somewhere they call them ‘love handles’….but how do you workout to lose love handles’?
The aim this coming month of April remains the same…….weight management, whilst creating the perfect body. Gym workouts plus proper healthy eating. If I can keep burning fat and lose the same amount of weight again this coming month, I will be very happy.

My weight management have gone very well, and I have achieved my goals ealier than I thought when I started begining of March when I used to weigh 110kgs and I have gone down to 88kgs in just 4 months.
The most important thing is to make the decision and then go for it. Take action.
