For sometime I have been promissing myself that I will start going to the gym, but never got myself to get to the gym. In the next few weeks I’m sure the beer belly will be gone.
No more junk food???? And more healthy eating…… I have to resist the temptation to go back to junk food.
It’s not going to be easy but…..I guess I will manage and stay away from junk food.

I should say it’s a lot of hard work……no wonder people drop this gym thing after a few sessions.
