Healthy Living, My Life

  • Sharebar

So, it was a bit of a surprise when my son said my cooking was taste. Today was one of those stay at home days. After dropping my son at school, it’s back to a bit of business on the computer. But unfortunately today my time was wasted responding to all the e-mails in my inbox….maybe next time I should just D.E.L.E.T.E.
Before I realised it was time to go and pick my son from school…..it’s a bit demanding being a parent, especially in England.

So what did I cook today?….lasagne, we wanted a bit of Italian food today. The best part, is that it was not that difficult to make. How life has changed from a few years ago when I came to England………back home only woman do the cooking.

Lasange is a bit on the faty side of diet, everybody loved it. But, I think I will be avoiding these types of food now. Ever since I watched that TV programe, you are what you eat……..I try to be careful about what I eat. Don’t want to be 17st again!

Next time I’m cooking……I think it will be a more healthier dish.

OMG, I was reading that book, “you are what you eat” I’m even considering buying a juicer, LOL. Yap it aint easy taking care of a child in England, and being a stay home mom, hint hint. So now you’re doing the unimaginable, cooking, LOL. Sha you have too, kuZimbabwe kure. The thought of Lasagna got me feeling hungry.

Hi Tondy….it’s getting even tough balancing work, looking after my son, as well as social life. The good thing is I have my wife’s sister to help.

It will be good to find something to do at home……..work at home or maybe work flexible hours if you can get the opportunity.

….as for cooking, I’m getting even better. Pilling on weight is the problem…..ku Zim it was all organic food I think! Plus we used to work hard thus no problem with being over weight.
